CRASH COURSE ON RADIO PRESENTING...

Radio Presenters are the voice of a station or programme, whether they work in speech-based or music Radio. They are responsible for creating the tone and style of Radio output and establishing a relationship with listeners. They may also be required to carry out a range of other production tasks, as well as deliver content for related websites or other mobile platforms
Radio Presenters' specific responsibilities differ considerably depending on the programme or station. The majority of Radio Presenters are part of a small team, although some work with much larger programme units. They are mainly based in offices and recording studios, but may also work on location presenting outside broadcasts.
Most presenters are self-employed, working on fixed term contracts. Although the greatest concentration of jobs is found in London and the South East, Radio Presenters work throughout the UK. They may work for the BBC, commercial or community radio, on local or national stations, or for independent production companies.

PARENTING TIPS MADE EASY

LETTER TO NIGERIAN PARENTS

 Friends,

Let me add the benefit of my time as a student and then resident in the UK - and I live in Lagos now. The first thing that I discovered about UK-born, white, English undergraduates was that all of them did holiday or weekend job to support themselves - including the children of millionaires amongst them. It is the norm over there - regardless how wealthy their parents are. And I soon discovered that virtually all other foreign students did the same - the exception being those of us status-conscious Nigerians.

I also watched Richard Branson (owner of Virgin Airline) speaking on the Biography Channel and, to my amazement; he said that his young children travel in the economy class -even when the parents (he and his wife) are in upper class. Richard Branson is a billionaire in Pound Sterling. A quick survey would show you that only children from Nigeria fly business or upper class to commence their studies in the UK . No other foreign students do this. There is no aircraft attached to the office of the prime minister in the UK - he travels on British Airways (BA). And the same goes for the Royals. The Queen does not have an aircraft for her exclusive use.

EXCUSE ME!… FIND YOUR BALANCE.

EXCUSE ME!… FIND YOUR BALANCE.

It is unfortunate that man is growing and becoming advanced in technology, industrialization and other aspect of civilization. Yet man is increasingly retrogressing in matters of Humanity.
Man has succeeded in growing big big bombs that will destroy humanity with the excuse of war, crises, and the slightest provocation.

However, this same man has been unable to create weapons that will foster UNITY. Bullets that will increase PEACE, tablets that will improve HONESTY and KINDESS.

Despite our modernization, people of old seem to live better, happier and loved life.
Simply because they take better decisions, they apply better knowledge based on right or wrong. This is why they know that:
No matter what you benefit from greed and dishonesty, patience and honesty is always the best. This is why they knew that good women get married faster but only wise women keep the home.

This is why good women because of one foolish mistake they destroy their homes, yet bad women keep their homes despite them, because of some wise decisions.
If you are wise and you reflect on the issues of life. You will know that a man that cannot be faithfull to his own vision, dreams or purpose. A man that cannot stand firm for his belief s and conviction cannot be faithfull to a woman, whether she is a girlfriend or wife.

Sadly we seem to be very good at selecting good materials, quality shoes and handbag. But we fail to take the right decisions.
Sometimes we lose the little best we have because of the extra big we are expecting due to bad decision.
Life is like a market. There are always too many things to buy, but you must choose the ones you need the most and those which you can afford.

Therefore life is choice and choices are about values, and values are about perception, perception is about knowledge.
This means you must have the right and proper knowledge. Failure to do so, you are doomed to fail, Now or later.
The truth is simply, if you are wise, it is you that will benefit, if you are foolish only you will bear.

This is the burden of balance.

BETWEEN THE ANT AND THE ELEPHANT, WHICH IS BIGGER?

THINK ABOUT THIS.

Ha! Ha!! Ha!!!

Life is beautifully funny, imagine, even the English language understands that trials precedes blessings and that the mighty is incomplete without the lesser ones. Can you spell ‘testimony’ without test first? Or can you spell ‘elephant’ without ‘ant’ completing it?

Could it be a co-incidence? Perhaps, but it sit shows that the universe testifies to the spiritual make-up of the basic truths and no matter our language differences, there’s always something to point us back to the principles of life as ordained by the creator himself.

Are you passing through test today? I congratulate you because your ‘mony’ is on the way, so there will be a testimony for you.
Please relish every movement of the test for you to have an abundant and ground breaking testimony.
If you are a mighty man or woman, please do not despise the little ones around you for you are no one without them.
There is no animal called ‘eleph’ but there is an ‘ant’, therefore, yours sincerely submits that it is the elephant that needs the ant to be complete as ‘ant’ is already complete without the ‘eleph’

Enjoy the days ahead.

THE THIN LINE; CROSS AND DIE.

Every meaning and purpose in life is separated by a thin line, it divides and separates us. Like a road path, route, there are distinctive boundaries. Each of the boundaries complements the circle of our existence. Justice and truth is only realistic within the context of these boundaries. This thin line is what explains justice, what uncovers the true meaning of truth.

TIPS AND TALKS.

                5 UNANSWERED QUESTIONS IN MARRIAGE.

1. After sex what next?
2. Can the commitment of my choice, outweighs my immediate gains?
3. Have I sowed enough seeds of companionship to guarantee harvest at my old age?
4. Am I really doing my partner a favour?
5. I know my partner has all the faults in the world but where were others before I     married this one?

Knowledge is an arrow
On the foot of ignorance
And the application of Knowledge
Is a lethal poison
 To the heart of ignorance

EXCELLENCE BRIDGE PROVIDES LASTING SOLUTION TO PEACE

Femi Osofisan’s Women of Owu, a play, recounts events that happened years ago, an adaption.
What makes it more out of the ordinary is that the play is an African retelling of Euripides’ The Trojan Women. One would gain more from this play if the original book had been read. However, more gain lies on the fact that the play would also be fantastic to see live.

Like some other plays such as Arrow of God, Radio Gulf, Visa to Nowhere, etc. which have been performed live on stage by notable group of artists to the delight of the audience, the Excellence Bridge School is offering an exciting and amazing performance of Women of Owu.
